Christmas 2011

It's the end of another Christmas day as I enjoy a nice glass of wine and hearty bowl of ham and beans.  The ham bone from Christmas eve dinner last night was put in the crock pot at noon.  I found I had some cans of beans in the pantry and even though the decision to do this was last minute I had just what was needed on hand.  The wrapping paper has been disposed of, bows put away for another year and gifts put away so the house is back in order again.

So another Christmas season is slowly closing tonight and a New Year is approaching all too quickly.

As my Lord and Savior has blessed me in 2011
I pray His blessing shall abound just as abundantly in 2012.  I pray that for each and everyone of you also!  May your New Year be touched by His grace and mercy.
